Service of registering a foreign divorce in Poland – 5 steps

- Legal analysis fee
You first pay a fee for the legal analysis of your divorce documents.
- Scans of documents
You then send us scans of your divorce documents for legal analysis.
As a result of this analysis, you will find out whether you have all the documents you need to register your divorce in Poland and, if not, which additional documents you should obtain.
- The fee for the divorce registration application
Then, once we are satisfied that you have all the documents you need to register your divorce in Poland, we will ask you to pay a fee for filing the application to register your divorce.
4 Original documents
We then ask you to send the original documents by post to the Cracow address of our law firm.
